Methods of anti-A/B antibodies elimination in preparation for ABО incompatible kidney transplantation

Kidney transplantation is considered the gold standard in treatment of end-stage renal disease and can be performed if cadaveric or living related donor organ available. AB0 incompatible kidney lead to antibody-mediated rejection. There are a number methods world for elimination anti-A/B antibodies prepare incompa­tible transplantation, each which has its advantages disadvantages. Therefore, further researches needed this direction determine optimal method case. Particular attention paid modern elimination, protocols managing such patients, their comparison.
